Pine Forest is a vast mountain range in Haiti, near the border of the Dominican Republic. The temperatures are cool and life is very primitive. There is no electricity or running water. Many people rely on vegetable crops to survive. Due to extreme poverty, countless children experience hunger, a lack of clean water, medical care, and education. There are very few churches scattered among the many people who need to hear the good news so they can experience the life changing power of Jesus Christ. Outcast Redeemed’s – “Shining Lights” program, works to meet these many needs.
