As I think about this past week and how the Lord continues to teach me, I am so thankful that He never leaves us. He loves us too much to leave us where we are. I am reminded that hope has a name and it is Jesus! There is nothing that we can do for God apart from Jesus. In this world you will hear many people say that they know God. Do you know that there are many gods? If the God we are teaching or preaching isn’t Jesus than it is pointless and without hope. Because He is the one and only true God. Dave and I have been called by the Lord to bring hope to the hopeless and redemption to the outcast. I was reminded this week that there is power in the name of Jesus! We must use his name when we offer hope to the lost. And did you know that the word of God is active and alive, sharper than any 2 edged sword. Able to cut through the issues and to the heart of a matter. We must use the word of God to bring hope to the lost. Speaking the word and the name of Jesus is so powerful! Let us never forget that Hope has a name and it is Jesus!
